Section A - PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
• A.1. We are required by law to obtain your consent if we want/need to process your personal information.
• A.2. To process payments, we need to process your personal information.
• A.3. Therefore, without your consent, we will not be able to process your request unless we have your express consent.
• A.4. None of the parties above shall store and therefore shall not use your information for the purposes of marketing.

Section B - RESPONSIBLE PARTIES THAT IS REQUESTING CONSENT
• B.1. Pressed PVC Ceilings (Pty) Ltd - Processing quotes, manual EFT payments and managing user accounts.
• B.2. NerdCube (Pty) Ltd - Hosting the website and storing client information.
• B.3. Courier Services - Delivering and shipping orders.

Section C - OUR COMMITMENT TO PROTECTING THE PERSONAL
INFORMATION OF OUR CLIENTS
The responsible parties mentioned in section (B) above are committed to protecting your privacy and recognise that it needs to comply with statutory requirements in collecting, processing, and distributing personal information. The Constitution of the Republic of South Africa provides that everyone has the right to privacy and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPI”) includes the right to protection against unlawful collection, retention, dissemination and use of personal information. In terms of section 18 of POPI, if personal information is collected, the above parties, as responsible parties, must take reasonably practicable steps to ensure that the data subject is made aware of the information being collected.

First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Company Registration Number, Contact Number and Email Address.

2. NATURE OF INFORMATION:
To process quotes, payments and account management.

3. PURPOSE:
• To process the quotes and payments.
• To manage your user account.

4. SOURCE:
Data is voluntarily supplied by you when requesting a quote.

5. VOLUNTARILY/MANDATORY:
Data being collected is mandatory to process quotes, payments and account management.

6. LEGAL REQUIREMENT:
"Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 | POPIA - https://bepopiacompliant.co.za/popia/act/index.php".

7. CONTRACTUAL REQUIREMENT:
This info is required to process quotes, payments and account management.

8. CONSEQUENCES OF FAILURE TO PROVIDE:
We are not allowed to store your data without your consent and we are required by law to delete all your info.

9. CROSS BORDER TRANSFER:
We do not transfer data across borders.

10. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:
Pressed PVC Ceilings (Pty) Ltd will be the only party that will have access to this information and be able to manage it. All other responsible parties will be given this information upon request.

11. ACCESS AND RIGHT TO AMEND:
You have the right to access, request, update or delete your information at any time.

12. RIGHTS TO OBJECT:
You have the right to object to the use of your information. This will lead to the deletion of your information and/or account and in turn, that means you will have to sign up again in the future if you need to place a new order.

13. COMPLAINTS:
Complaints regarding the use of Personal Information may be redirected to sales@pressedpvcceilings.co.za.
