To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
Original Packaging: The product must be in its original packaging.

Unopened and Unused: The product must be in its original, unused condition.
Handling Fee: A 10% handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

The following items or situations are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
Opened and Used Products (unless defective).
